Very clean and great atmosphere. The staff is very helpful, polite, and willing to assist. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. The carpet and tile had minor damages. Other than that we had an amazing stay!
As first impressions look like I was a Homeless or a gang guy. I came with my work uniform, door look good safety but hello opened , let me talk to you in person, no true the speaker. Sad you see me, do I look that bad?
Just an average hotel. Notthe best neighborhood but the rooms are nice and our out of town guests were comfortable.
My company put me up here while my truck was in the shop. Management takes the hotel security seriously, the rooms are excellent for a budget hotel and the lady who prepares breakfast does and excellent job at keeping a clean and hygienic dinning area.
Needed a hotel room for 3. Several hotels were booked. LaQuinta Inn was the only hotel who had a SUITE. Service was excellent and the room was very nice and clean. I highly recommend La Quinta Inn over the other hotels in Phoenix.
The staff went above and beyond my expectations! We had a beautiful room that was very clean and I am OCD about cleanliness! When we checked in, the staff made it a very smooth and fast check in and they even gave us a Star Bucks gift card to make our stay more enjoyable. We had some guests next door that were noisy probably because it was the first Cardinal's game of the season, but the staff did all they could. The manager the next morning gave us a wonderful breakfast and a discount on our stay. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I am in that area.
Area is a bit sketchy but they are doing their best by having a gated fence around the property. Front desk lady was kind and patient. Elevator worked fine and hallways were clean. Room smelt clean and everything looked up to par. Good channels on the TV and a lot of outlets. I was a bit lost finding the iron and the board but it’s behind the mirror. Beds were a bit too soft for my taste but that’s a me problem. Pillow were alright could add 1 more. Shower was good and the free products were good brand and smelt great. Breakfast smelt good but couldn’t get any. Good hotel for a good price and would stay here again 8/10
We vacationed here for the MW concert. Our stay was great, room was clean, location was safe and secured. We were well taken care of by Mehak, she made us feel very welcomed, helped us with anything we needed, great communication while on our way to this location coming from out of town, all our needs were met, all the staff is very kind and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again! It was a pleasure staying here.
